The end result from wilsons due diligence he found me a a home completely renovated with three baths and finished basement and in my desired neighbourhood.

Lastly he advised me and negotiated for me the best price I was willing to pay and got it. He was very helpful working around my schedule to make the closing easy for me and submiited all the requirments in the offer to protect me.

Selling your home and buying another can be extremely stressful. You probably get advertisements from realtors each and every day and don't know which ones you can trust. Throw those annoying flyers away. Wilson Verduga is the guy you need....

Proof is in the results: we sold our house in a down market but managed to get 99% of asking price. Wilson held six Open Houses in the first three weeks and gave us great advice on how to best 'stage' the house for prospective buyers (...or maybe he just liked eating the cookies we baked before every Open House).

On the purchase side, we were VERY picky about what we wanted to buy. Wilson had no problem accommodating us; we looked at approx. 30 different houses within a two month period, some of them more than once. In the end we managed to find our dream home in the right neighbourhood (and we got it for a steal, too!).
