I would like to thank wilson for listening to my concerns and negotiationg me a good fair price for my new home. Also, we looked at severals homes and found me one in my target area. When no homes were availble on my preferred street he went door to door knocking looking for potential prospect sellers

The end result from wilsons due diligence he found me a a home completely renovated with three baths and finished basement and in my desired neighbourhood.
