I would like to thank wilson for listening to my concerns and negotiationg me a good fair price for my new home. Also, we looked at severals homes and found me one in my target area. When no homes were availble on my preferred street he went door to door knocking looking for potential prospect sellers

The end result from wilsons due diligence he found me a a home completely renovated with three baths and finished basement and in my desired neighbourhood.

Lastly he advised me and negotiated for me the best price I was willing to pay and got it. He was very helpful working around my schedule to make the closing easy for me and submiited all the requirments in the offer to protect me.

thanks again

As a first time home buyer, I entered the market knowing little more than the bare minimum. Luckily, I found Wilson Verduga! Wilson guided me through the process with patience, understanding, and the utmost professionalism. Wilson works hard for his clients and in the end, his great efforts paid off for me. I will soon be moving into my first house, my dream house, which I will be forever grateful to Wilson for finding. Thank you so much Wilson! Words cannot express my appreciation.

My wife and I feel so lucky that we hired Mr. Wilson Verduga as our agent, He sold our house in 4 days!!!!! We had a hard time selling the house PRIVATE and then we hired Mr. Wilson Verduga. He gave us a professional review of the house and he walked us through all the procedures in great details, it’s extremely important for a first time home selling. My wife and I are both impressed about his solid negotiation skills!!!

He is not only a professional and hard working person but also a person who has warm heart. We had a hard time to find a place to rent after we sold the house due to a very tight closing cycle. He spent the whole weekend with us to find a great condo to rent. He made everything so smooth and efficient, once again we are impressed!!!

We will definitely come back to him in a short future when we buying the next house!!!

If someone if searching for a true and reliable real estate agent, I would recommend Wilson Verduga. I went to him first to buy my first home. He also was the agent who sold that house in a very good price and found the second house for me in no time. He is an excellent salesperson, he loves his job, and he does it with great patience, professionalism and integrity. He meets all the expectations anyone can have in the process of buying or selling a house.

My wife and I are very thankful to Wilson Verduga for providing us with his excellent and professional service. His honesty and dedication towards his clients makes him a valuable real estate agent for anyone. He has a lot of knowledge of the market and he always was there for us with quick response and selfless helping. We definitely would like to work with him in the future in our real-estate needs and to recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a professional person in this industry. We are very pleased with his services and are extremely happy in our new home.”
